As the Head of Quality Assurance, Rance Hairston oversees all software testing procedures for DataPath to ensure we provide the highest quality product possible to our clients. The QA team is primarily focused on preventing issues through various forms of testing, and identifying areas where we can improve the overall user experience.
Rance joined DataPath in 2012, starting in Support and advancing into various leadership roles during his career, including CDH Solutions Team Lead and Client Services Supervisor.
Rance earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Sciences from Westminster College. He is also an ECFC-Flexible Compensation Specialist.
