We’re actively seeking a proactive, service-focused Client Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. DataPath is a leading provider of technology, BPO, and contact center services tailored for the benefits administration, financial services, and insurance industries.

Serving as a primary client liaison, the Client Marketing Specialist will collaborate directly with clients on strategic initiatives and communications aimed at strengthening their brand reputation, generating new leads, growing their revenue, and educating stakeholders about consumer-directed healthcare accounts and COBRA. Additionally, this individual will assume a leadership role in the planning and execution of our distinguished Partner Marketing program.

This role blends B2B campaign consulting with hands-on execution, helping clients shape and deliver impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with clients to understand their marketing goals and develop tailored campaign strategies and communications for them
  • Execute multi-channel marketing programs for clients, including email, direct mail, social media, and digital outreach
  • Provide clients with strategic input on messaging, audience segmentation, and campaign timing
  • Build out client campaign calendars and manage projects to ensure timely delivery
  • Develop campaign briefs, monitor campaign performance, and share performance insights
  • Coordinate with internal team members on creative assets and content development
  • Plan, update, and maintain our Partner Marketing program, which includes educational and marketing materials and services for our clients
  • Provide a leading role in planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including the annual DataPath client conference
  • Assist DataPath Sales team with developing sales enablement materials

Experience:

  • 3-5 years in a B2B marketing, agency, or client services role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience with a customer-centric approach
  • A creative eye and hands-on experience in copywriting and content creation
  • Knowledgeable about content marketing, social media, and digital marketing best practices
  • Proficient with digital marketing tools such as MailChimp, SEMRush, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
  • May require up to 25% travel

Job Details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
