As National Sales Director for DataPath Software, Charles Robbins is responsible for helping our clients find the right solution for their benefits administration needs. He started working at DataPath in 2003.
Charles possesses over two decades of experience in the consumer-driven healthcare and plan service provider marketplace, some of which was gained by attending trade shows and professional conferences during his formative years. His career with DataPath began on the ground floor, learning how our systems provide solutions for healthcare benefits administrators. From there, he transitioned to post-sale installation and customer training, helping to define a formal implementation process for our software products. In 2005, he moved to the Sales Department, focusing on contract development and negotiation.
Charles was promoted to Director of Sales for CDH Account Solutions in 2008. During his time in this role, he has reorganized and expanded the department, coinciding with the tremendous growth and success DataPath has experienced since 2011.
Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with emphasis in Management from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas. He is Certified in Flexible Compensation (CFC) by the Employer’s Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC). A Dale Carnegie graduate, he is also a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).
