Client Sales Executive

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive our clients’ growth by building and managing a robust sales pipeline. This role is tailor-made for a true sales hunter—someone who thrives on identifying opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You’ll bring deep industry insight, a strategic mindset, and an unrelenting drive to win.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to sell solutions to their commercial, business and retail customers, building and maintaining a robust pipeline
  • Utilize a ‘hunters’ mentality to uncover new sales opportunities
  • Present and demonstrate our clients’ solutions and services that align with their customers’ benefit programs.
  • Capable of delivering a value proposition that sets yourself apart from the competition
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and optimize sales strategies.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed identified sales goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with employer benefit programs.
  • Strong understanding of benefit account administration, employer benefit account programs and open enrollment processes and communications.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve a greater level of success
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
