Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to sell solutions to their commercial, business and retail customers, building and maintaining a robust pipeline
- Utilize a ‘hunters’ mentality to uncover new sales opportunities
- Present and demonstrate our clients’ solutions and services that align with their customers’ benefit programs.
- Capable of delivering a value proposition that sets yourself apart from the competition
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and optimize sales strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed identified sales goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with employer benefit programs.
- Strong understanding of benefit account administration, employer benefit account programs and open enrollment processes and communications.
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve a greater level of success
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
