National Sales Executive – Software Sales

DataPath, Inc. is seeking a National Sales Executive – Software Sales

Summary:  The National Sales Executive (NSE) will be responsible for acquiring new customers in an assigned territory. The NSE will specifically focus on the promotion and selling of DataPath software solutions for the administration of various benefit reimbursement arrangements such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Pre-Tax Transportation and Parking Arrangements and COBRA.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with contacts, business leaders, team members and the management team
  • Identify and maintain a list of prospects through cold calling, networking, social media and referrals
  • Uncover the critical business needs of the customer and provide a professional, structured sales presentation and solution
  • Provide accurate forecasts to the Sales Director
  • Achieve or exceed assigned quota
  • Complete required training and professional development objectives

Education and Experience:

  • The preferred candidate will possess a Bachelor Degree and have five (5+) years experience in sales or account management
  •  Experience selling software

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of the health insurance landscape
  • Proficiency using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Application
  • Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills coupled with strong interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented and possesses an urgency to move market quickly
  • Must be well-organized, a self-starter, a quick learner and change-adaptive
