About the role

DataPath, Inc. is looking for an experienced graphic designer to produce digital and print creative solutions as a member of our corporate Marketing Communications team. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production. B2B marketing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and create original pieces for print, email and web
  • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphics design software
  • Generate ideas to portray concepts
  • Provide suggestions for project improvement
  • Maintain brand consistently throughout all marketing projects
  • Meet deadlines while following a project management schedule
  • Maintain technical knowledge through self-study and participation in continuing education opportunities

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency or corporate environment
  • Portfolio of completed design projects
  • Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong aesthetic skills and ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
  • Attention to visual details
  • Basic knowledge of copyright and trademark laws, especially relating to creative properties
  • Must be flexible and able to handle critical feedback
