Online Claim Entry, Claim Fax Service, IVR, Claim Importing, and Receipt Processing will all help you take your business to the next level!
Available Services
Online Claim Entry:
With this feature of the myRSCSM, employees will be able to take their healthcare into their own hands by filling out their claim forms online, printing, and transmitting them with receipts directly to their administrator.
Claims Fax Service:
When Plan participants fax their claims to their administrator, the Claims Fax Service will create a PDF of the claim form that can be tied to the claim in the administration system. Eliminate trips to the fax machine and reduce paper, storage, and printing costs by using the Claims Fax Service to store electronic copies of faxed claim forms and receipts that can be instantly viewed from the associated claim in DataPath GCP.
Interactive Voice Response System (IVR):
With the DataPath IVR service, plan participants will be able to get information regarding their accounts and reimbursement cards any time, any where, via telephone. The IVR system is a value-added participant self-help, and will minimize the number and duration of direct calls from participants, reducing the TPA's overhead of their Customer Service Department.
DataPath OMS (Operations Management System)
The DataPath OMS is an optional component of the DataPath Suite designed as an umbrella system for several of DataPath's available services, linking the various Lines of Service and bridging administrative workflow. DataPath OMS allows TPAs to perform batch processing of documents, letters and reports for all lines of service, automating the creation of these documents, posting documents to the web, and sending documents to DataPath's third-party fulfillment house. The level of automation DataPath OMS provides frees up valuable time and resources.
Claim Importing:
Add to your administrative arsenal the ability to import claim feeds received from the carrier. Save time you'd spend manually entering claims and use it to take on new business.
Receipt Processing:
An available service for TPAs performing COBRA administration, the receipt processing module allows for the import of COBRA receipts into DataPath COBRA.
