John J. Robbins, Sr.
President / CEO
John J. Robbins, Sr. is the founder, President, CEO, and principal owner of DataPath, Inc. John envisioned DataPath as an entity that could facilitate employee benefit delivery and the flow of benefit information between the different stakeholders. He has carefully guided his brainchild over the last 25 years to be the leading provider of high quality Consumer Directed Health Care services and solutions.
John is widely regarded as a visionary in the field of Consumer Directed Health, whose genius has manifested itself in the multitude of groundbreaking firsts that DataPath has delivered to the Plan Service Provider marketplace. His ability to see the whole picture and envision the unified relationships of all players in the employee benefits delivery market is what has shaped DataPath's approach to connect all segments of the CDH continuum through a single solutions package.
John is a Certified Public Accountant with a BBA degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Memphis, a BSBA in Accounting from the University of Arkansas, and an MBA from the University of Hawaii.
John maintains membership in several state and national organizations, including the Arkansas Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs, Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Business Society, Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), of which he was made a member of the board of directors in 2007, Society of Professional Benefit Administrators (SPBA), and the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA).
John has been a featured speaker at many meetings and conferences throughout the country and has appeared in numerous publications, including Employee Benefit News, The Journal of Payment Systems Law, and California Broker. He has contributed articles to Brokers World, Life Insurance Selling, and National Association of Health Underwriters.
John is certified to facilitate Certified Flexible Compensation Instruction (CFCI) sessions through the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) and is licensed in Arkansas for Life and Disability Insurance.
When not consumed with building DataPath by maintaining its autonomy and purpose, John enjoys spending time with his family. He currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas with his wife and six children.
Glen Hoffman
Vice-President / Director of Systems Development
Glen Hoffman is the Vice President and co-owner of DataPath, Inc. and is the Director of Systems Development.
Glen graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with degrees in both Math and Computer Sciences. He has been a principal in DataPath, Inc. since 1989 and has over 19 years experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions for employee benefit administrators.
Glen oversees development of new systems, web applications and hosting services, and customer care. He also devotes much of his time providing guidance to DataPath's Marketing team and future product development.
Glen also oversees DataPath Financial Services, Inc., which provides Plan Service Providers with resalable financial services, such as Health Savings Accounts, Electronic Funds Transfers, Electronic Payment Cards, and Self-directed Investments.
John Robbins, Jr.
Vice President / Director of Healthcare Payment Solutions
John Robbins Jr. is a leading thinker and pioneer in the field of healthcare payments. As one of the founders behind the SIGIS organization and active members on its Certification and Compliance Committee, John's contributions in the area of healthcare payment cards and the Inventory Information Approval System have proved immeasurable.
As Director of New Product Development, John has been integral to the development of a number of DataPath's systems and solutions. Since joining DataPath in 1996, John has developed the Max105 Proposal system and the ProDocs document management system and was instrumental in the design and programming of DataPath's §132, §105, and COBRA administration systems.
John is perhaps best known for the development of DataPath's patent-pending stored value card program, the myResourceCard® credit card and mySourceCard® debit card platforms. He is also involved with the design of the HSAToday® program pertaining to investments and bank card integration.
Before joining DataPath, John worked with an actuarial firm providing defined benefit and 401(k) administration and testing. He is an alumnus of Christian Brothers University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics.
Ben Robbins
Director of DPAS
Ben Robbins came to DataPath, Inc. in 1997 with the anticipation of becoming a licensed health and life agent in the State of Arkansas. His first tasks were to become familiar with CDHP and its impact on the market. As the lead broker for Granite Financial Group, Ben Robbins became the driving force behind many employers' successful CDHP designs. With a few years of experience as a broker and understanding the market, Ben Robbins began his future in sales for DataPath, Inc. His continued experience in plan design structuring has brought a wealth of knowledge to DataPath's software clients in the CDHP market place.
Ben has been one of the driving forces behind DataPath's myPathSM wellness program, adding an interactive wellness component to DataPath's online offerings through the myRSCSM web-portal.
Before joining DataPath, Inc. as the Executive Director of Sales, Ben was a Plant Supervisor of an overseas bread company, Bakels. His primary job duties were to oversee the day-to-day activities and to maintain product quality control. In addition, Ben coordinated with the Sales team to effectively schedule and deliver quality product.
Charles Robbins
Director of Sales
Charles Robbins has been with DataPath since 2003. Charles worked in the Customer Service Department for two and half years, gaining product and market knowledge, and now works as Director of the DataPath Sales team. His time in Customer Service was essential to his understanding of DataPath's solutions, its clients, and the employee benefit industry as a whole.
Prior to working at DataPath, he attended University of Arkansas and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing with an emphasis in Management.
