DataPath, Inc. is a leader in the employee benefit software industry and is at the forefront in developing dynamic employee benefit administration and reimbursement systems. DataPath is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Custodial Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

The Custodial Account Manager processes deposits and distributions for employee benefit reimbursement accounts. Enters check deposits and account contributions. Processes fund transmittals for Third Party Administrators or Plan Sponsors. Reconciles funds prior and post transfer. Compiles and reconciles data in documents, bank statements, printouts et al involving the electronic transfer of funds to assure accurate accounting records. Adds debits and credits to ensure justified account balances. Identifies and corrects errors; contacts appropriate personnel to obtain information necessary to reconcile differences. Posts transaction data to proper accounts via computer. Transmits funds between specified accounts via EFT. Assists in customer service phone calls.

Qualifications:

College Degree preferred (minimum - Associate Degree in Accounting or Finance) or 2+ years banking or comprehensive A/R experience in a corporate environment. Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access. Ten key skills. Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced customer service environment.

DataPath, Inc. is a leader in the employee benefit software industry and is at the forefront in developing dynamic employee benefit administration and reimbursement systems. DataPath is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst is the critical nexus connecting all stakeholders of any business development project within the DataPath organization. The Analyst works with business resources within the company (e.g. executives, managers, sales representatives, customer service personnel, and end users) as well as business interests external to the company (e.g. customers, suppliers, and partners). The Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to identify, analyze, validate, specify, verify, communicate with and manage the real needs of all development project stakeholders. The Analyst will effectively and expeditiously discern the functional baselines of business visions and ideas provided by the corporate leadership team. The Business Analyst will be attuned to the true needs of business users. The Analyst will develop and model detailed steps that most effectively and efficiently solve business problems and will communicate these solutions to the technology development teams assigned to a project. The Business Analyst works throughout the continuum of detail from the extremely general to the extremely specific and has a critical mind to identify opportunities when none may seemingly exist.

Qualifications:

The qualified candidate for the Business Analyst position must have a Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university.
Current Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) in good standing.
7+ years experience in Systems Analysis. 7+ years reviewing the systems of various types such as: Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Sales, POS, EFT, and Credit Card Processing. Experience with Website design. Experience performing usability studies, ROI, and feasibility analysis. Experience in developing testing strategies and scenarios. Excellent writing skills, experience with teaching, facilitating, and leading seminars and training sessions. DataPath is a non-smoking environment. Non-smokers only.

Position Title: Benefits Coordinator
Position Type: Client Services/Clerical

 

The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for executing daily administrative tasks associated with the operational administration of employee benefits and reimbursement plans.

The individual will enter reimbursement claims, update records of client transactions, process client financial disbursements, process and update client information, record details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and client interactions as well as actions taken. The Coordinator will resolve customer inquiries concerning policies and procedures relative to benefit and reimbursement plans.

A Benefits Coordinator must be an individual committed to providing a level of service to clients that is exceptional in timeliness, extraordinary in courtesy and unmatched in problem solving.

The individual should have a knowledge of computer hardware and software. Experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus but not essential.
